Tonex Management Solutions helps individuals build skills that count and helps organisations turn training into performance — through accredited skills development and practical consulting.
Who we are
Tonex Management Solutions is a QCTO-accredited skills development provider and consulting firm based in Germiston, Gauteng. For more than ten years we have delivered training, learnerships and consulting for public- and private-sector organisations and for individual learners across South Africa.
We work with a dual focus: enterprise development — helping organisations plan, fund and deliver the skills they need — and individual development — giving people recognised, practical qualifications that improve their employability.
Our programmes are delivered by experienced facilitators, assessed by registered assessors and internally moderated, and managed on the Tonex Learning Portal so that every learner record is complete and audit-ready.
