The Tonex Learning Portal
One platform, from enrolment to certification
Designed around how accredited training actually works in South Africa — so learners, staff and quality assurers all work from the same record.
One login, every role
Learners, facilitators, assessors, moderators and administrators each get their own dashboard — no back-end access needed.
Compliance file built in
Learner profiles capture QCTO learner data, POPIA consent, certified ID copies and e-signatures, encrypted at rest.
PoE, assessment & moderation
Evidence is submitted with a signed declaration, assessed as Competent / Not Yet Competent, moderated and appealable — with a full audit trail.
Secure final assessments
An invigilator admits each learner after an ID check on camera; the assessment then runs in Safe Exam Browser or in secure browser mode, with every exit logged.
Live classes & registers
Schedule Teams, Meet or Zoom classes, let learners check in, and keep printable attendance registers.
Reports for QCTO
Export learner data in the QCTO column layout and track attendance, results and moderation coverage per cohort.
Online courses, any time
Self-paced courses with progress tracking, so learners can study on their phone or computer and pick up where they left off.
Learning record & certificates
Every course, result and certificate in one record. Certificates carry a unique number anyone can verify on the website.
Messages & announcements
Learners message their facilitator or assessor directly, and staff reach whole cohorts with announcements and email.
Tell us what you need. We’ll build the programme around it.
